The organization was the only organization in the country running two CHILDLINE projects (Free toll no. 1098) - Support and Collaborative for 4 years. So far (2006 to 2010) more than 6500 children have been provided with services of medical treatment, repatriation to native places, counseling, referral to shelter homes and rescue of child laborers and victims of child abuse through CHILDLINE Collaborative Organization. When
should you call 1098 (CHILDLINE)

The CHILDLINE often faces issues like receiving fake calls, calls where the caller does not provide complete or enough information about the child or location, legal issues, etc but they work tirelessly to ensure that every child requiring help is attended to and finds its rightful place right from his/her rescue till the child is returned home or placed in a safe environment.
